the water taxi provided easy park access! the room had two separate sinks! the pool area included a quiet getaway spot. there were many lounge chairs and umbrellas available at the villa pool.

the location is GREAT. plenty of restaurant options exist. catching the boat to the parks proves very convenient. the bar at the pool offers AMAZING service for adults. i found the pool and movie nights enjoyable for the kids.
i waited a long time for breakfast seating some mornings.

Very nice Stay!
comfy bedsfriendly stafflimited provisions
The room was lovely, comfortable, and clean. Comfy beds REALLY made a difference after long days. The transportation to the parks is convenient, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful.
The shop in the hotel didn't really sell provisions for my stay. I needed some items but couldn't find them there. This made it a bit inconvenient.

The concierge service was amazing, and saved so much time and energy figuring out where to eat. They also assisted with getting us reservations, I appreciated that a lot. The staff was always available, ready to address any concerns.

the location was VERY convenient for visiting the theme parks. boat transportation made getting to the parks quick. the express passes included with the room key are a HUGE benefit. i found the customer service to be great throughout the hotel.

convenient locationslow serviceindifferent staff
the location to universal was convenient i was able to get to the parks quickly.
the room service was a real problem i ordered a simple breakfast but it never arrived my calls to follow up went unanswered the food finally came two hours late and cold this delay ruined my plans for the morning and it was frustrating the staff seemed indifferent when i complained and offered no real solution to make up for the poor service.
